Purchase supplies for book projects!

Once you have your copy of Chained in your hands and you’ve decided what you want to make, the next step is to buy the supplies that you need. Blue Buddha Boutique is making this process easy by creating kits for each and every stepped-out project in Chained. We’re starting with the “as shown in book” combinations, but eventually will add more options, allowing you to customize your piece with different colors and metals. Purchase your kits today!

We are also working on creating supply lists for all the nifty variations that are shown in Chained, as we’re sure many of you will want to make these as well. That supply list will be live by December 22 (hopefully sooner!).

If you are new to mailling, don’t forget to purchase a set of pliers. We recommend coating your pliers with Tool Magic.

Because we won’t have the customized kits available until 2011, we have created an easy-ordering jump rings page — order all the jump rings you need, all on one page with minimal scrolling! Once you’ve ordered all your jump rings, then hop over to the clasps & findings page to put the finishing touches on your pieces.

Most beads used in the book will not be available à la carte on our website until sometime in 2011. (But we know most of you have a favorite bead store or online retailer to take care of that need already!)

Specialty Kits from Other Vendors

Additionally, Spider at Spiderchain Jewelry has created gold-fill kits for several Chained projects, and our friends at C&T Designs are going to be developing some square wire kits for a few projects.
